This past weekend we hosted our late Bressler Christmas. We had a great time together. We started off with a big mexican meal sunday for lunch that included tamales, enchiladas, spanish rice, beans, chips, green sauce and hot sauce, and some margaritas. After wards the kids opened gifts and the adults played chinese christmas (the chinese gifts this year had to start with the buyers initials) the hot item this year was Addie's gift of a bra and wine plus glasses. After the gifts we had an iron chef competition. Our fist annual competition. The competitors were Addie and Ben. The secret ingridient was Capers. Addie made a beef roast stuffed with capers spices and garlic. Ben made angel hair and artichokes which includes capers. The rest of the family were the judges and the winner this year was Ben. He will compete again next year. Justin and Jayden made us some desserts while we waited on the competition food Justin made some tortilla sugar, cinnamon roll ups. Jayden made a dutch oven dump cobbler.
