Squash, Squash, and more Squash!

This year in our garden we have 2 squash plants and they are producing well. So we have squash, squash and more squash so what to do with all this squash.... well we froze some for later, pickled some, and eating some as much as we can. One of our favorite dishes is garden trash. (In below pic) We take ground meat (sausage, turkey, or beef) and brown it then add onions, squash. potatoes, carrots, zucinni, or what even kind of veg you have out of the garden add some salt, pepper and garlic and cook in a skillet till all is tender. Its a good one dish meal.

We are still getting squash every day out of the garden so I hope to pickle some more soon.
