The Boys

Just wanted to let all know what the boys are up to these days. I'll start with Jayden well he is in the third grade this year and is a busy boy but enjoys it, third grade is a big step in school here they trade classes and Jayden has had to remember things and be responsible for him self. So far he seems to be stepping up and doing okay. Besides school he is in flag football which his Dad coaches his team this year he has practice twice a week and games on Saturdays. He loves football actually there is not a sport he hasn't loved. He goes to activitys at church twice a week. He is about to get two pigs probably by the end of next month. He is old enough this year to be in Jr. FFA so he is excited about showing his pigs and doing it with Tron and Cole. We will probably be going to a big state show this year in Ft. Worth. I think he will learn alot from this experience. Something else new with Jayden is he now has his own room. He used to share with his two brothers. He is enjoying it he likes being able to shut his door and order his brothers out. He also likes not having to help pick up all the toys that his brothers usually got out. On the other hand Pace is having to learn to pick them up. Jayden is really growing up, it is neat to see him mature into a little man.

Pace is busy being Pace! He cracks me up everyday he is funniest kid. He always does something funny or ornery every day. This is his last year home before kindergarten next year so I am trying to enjoy him every minute. I am trying to teach him some basic things about letters and numbers and things like that before school next year. He seems to like to write he will go get his paper when Jayden is doing his home work and say "Mom I need to do my homework?" I will say "Yeah Pace go do your homework." He will stomp off with a big grin and go sit at his desk and draw or trace letters. I hope he always will like doing homework. lol But for the most part Pace spends most his days bossing Hayes around. lol Pace, this summer learned to ride his bike without training wheels and rides all the time. When we were teaching him how to ride he just got on the bike and went all we had to teach him was how to stop after he ran into a tree lol. He was a pro instantly.

Hayes just had a birthday and is now two years old. He is talking more and more everyday he is putting two words together now and is mocking everyone which Pace and Jayden love to have him say everything. Hayes loves his boots and wears them everywhere. He is such a boy he loves trucks, trains, tractors anything that goes. But he also loves Elmo, which he calls Melmo! lol He started to go to Sunday school and is having a hard time going by himself he wants me to go with him. Hayes got a tricycle for his birthday from Oopa and Ooma and will not leave the house with out it, he loves riding it. It has a handle on it so that I can steer and push him so we go on walks with it and he loves it.

All the boys are growing up fast and are each individually their own person and keep my life interesting. I will update more on them later.
