So this weekend I tried making my Meme's famous coconut pies which is a family recipe passed down from my great grandmother and maybe even further down in the family. So I think I did ok for my first time everything on the pie the homemade crust, the meringue turned out great and tasty. The only thing I will do different next time is let the filling get a little thicker. I was so proud of my self!! So if you ate the coconut creme pie at the pie supper friday night then I was the one who made it hoped you liked it!

Coconut Pies
So this weekend I tried making my Meme's famous coconut pies which is a family recipe passed down from my great grandmother and maybe even further down in the family.
