Here comes the wind....
It is windy here today. I guess I have been spoilt by the very nice weather here lately and am aggravated at the wind we are suppose to have for the rest of the week till or up till Sunday. The most aggravating part is I will be running in it today, my pace gets slower and depending on the strength of the wind sometimes my calves cramp up. I will be okay but just wish it was as nice today as it has been lately.

Just think how much stronger running in the wind makes you.
I'll think of you as I look out my window to make sure chickens aren't blowing by. :)
