Today I decided to make grapefruit jelly... I had some grapefruits going bad or at least getting squishy and not too many in this house hold like grapefruits so thought I would put them to use. So first I found a recipe on line. http://www.recipegoldmine.com/canfruit/grapefruit-jelly.html Seemed like an easy one to me. It took about 6 grapefruits to make 3 cups of the juice. (Med. sized grape fruits) I took a little taste of it before sealing it into my jars, tastes pretty good to me. Can't wait for it to gel up and get to spread it over a piece of Ben's homemade bread! Yum!
